I have had several sessions with Matt long with EMDR and I can honestly say he is up there with the best practitioners around today! His life experience goes such a long way in terms of the compassion and understanding he is able to give alongside his vast knowledge experience in therapy . The sessions I had with him helped me to open up my life in ways that changed the trajectory of my life so much, clearing old blocks of trauma that were haunting me , and enabling me to see a brighter future ahead . I smile so much more now and my confidence has grown triple fold! If you are considering sessions with Matt to change your life and make the changes you need , consider no more ! This is your confirmation to book your first session now! You won’t regret it one bit! Thank you Matt, you are a total legend! 10+ stars and then some 🙌 ✨

Most genuine person ever easy to talk to and amazing at what he does. Went through hell trying to figure out what was wrong with me and he was able to figure it out and treat me! Obviously he can’t work miracles, but certainly felt like it. I genuinely couldn’t recommend him more 👍😊

Matt Long ... massage therapist extraordinaire, but also a great acupuncturist, counsellor, life coach, hypnotherapist and a fantastic friend and cheerleader! What am I going to do when you move to Cyprus next month?!? Matthew, you have been there for me since 2016 - through the good times and the bad times and you helped me more than you will ever know get through the relentless days of grief after Roger died suddenly. You had better be ready for some tears at my last appointment on 3rd October! To quote the lovely Janice Blackstock, wife of chef Gareth Blackstop (played by Caroline Lee-Johnson and Lenny Henry in Chef!) when they have to sell their lovely home and car to buy the restaurant: "I don't mean a dignified tear or a trembling lip, I'm talking wet, snotty bawling!"
